This property is distributed over 2 floors. On the upper floor are the 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a nice balcony overlooking the pool, and another with single beds, as well as a bathroom. On the ground floor of Duplex Marina Port 4 there is a toilet, a well equipped kitchen and a bright living room where you can access the furnished terrace which is only a few steps away from the quiet community pool.
It is only a 10 minute walk to the private beach of Pasito Blanco, and 5 minutes to the mini-market.
Pasito Blanco is a private marina on the southwest coast of Gran Canaria, where you can find a small beach club (La Punta) with sun beds and solarium area, restaurant and bar.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
- Daily delivery of fresh bread
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is accepted at a cost of 100€ per stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - 30€
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - 50€
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - 80€

Great place to stay if you want to visit Maspalomas. Marius has been contacting me on whatsapp and has waited for us at the property. We have received fresh bread every morning for free. The house was really great, comfy beds, clean. Everything was really good!
