- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 400 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- Late check in available and on request carries the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

Logement petit mais agréable, notamment pour son jardin extérieur. Les plages, restaurants et autres attractions sont à quelques minutes en voiture, avec nombreux parkings sous-terrains proches des plages permettant de se garer facilement.
À noter que la piscine n’est pas chauffée mais reste cependant agréable.

The villa has a fantastic private outdoor space with plenty of seating and a couple of sunbeds. The interior is small but very well equipped and spotless — we didn’t mind the size as we spent nearly all our time enjoying the outdoor area.
There’s air conditioning in the living room, but not in the main bedroom. A fan would be a welcome addition to help circulate air at night.
The location is excellent, with lots of great dining options in both Playa del Inglés and around Plaza de Maspalomas.
We were aware of the late check-in charge for arrivals after 8 pm, but it feels like this could be avoided if a key collection option was offered. Also, there was no option for late checkout, even though there was no incoming booking.

Das kleine eigene Grundstück ist Gold wert, die Poolanlage toll (auch wenn sie bei uns gerade renoviert wurde und wir "nur" die der Nachbaranlage mit nutzen durften) und die ruhige Lage unweit von Maspalomas-Touristenzentrum ist top. Dass das Bad nur über das Elternschlafzimmer erreichbar ist, ist nicht ideal, hat uns aber nicht gestört.
