Apartment M&B IV Canteras is a very spacious holiday property, it has a bright living-dining room with satellite TV, and access to a small balcony with side views of the sea.
There is air conditioning in both bedrooms! It is located on a second floor without a lift and is equipped with free internet connection.
Las Canteras is one of the best city beaches in Spain, with its 3 km long. The promenade is brimming with joy. Full of shops, restaurants, and everything you could possibly need on foot.
Furthermore, Apartment M&B IV is very well connected to public transport so you can easily reach any part of the island; Meloneras and Maspalomas are only 40 minutes away by bus!
This is one of our best properties in VillaGranCanaria, with all the comfort and thought for our most demanding guests.

- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located in a residential building, therefore, all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests must pay a deposit of 400 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
** Late check in available and on request entails the following charges:
- Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
- Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
- Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

Location was excellent and the apartment was large and well equipped.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. In der Küche ist ein vollwertiger Backofen sowie eine Mikrowelle, Mixer, Toaster, Grill, Gefrierschrank, Kühlschrank, waschmaschine, Trockner, Föhn,… Einfach alles vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich, die Familie war extrem nett und freundlich. Einmal pro Woche werden die Handtücher getauscht und die Betten neu bezogen. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit getrennter Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet die etwas nach läuft. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln in dieser Wohnung. Sehr ordentliche Wohnung mit kompletter Vollausstattung direkt am Strand gelegen, besser kann man es

Vår vistelse var helt perfekt! Lägenheten var stor och bekväm. Värden var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Läget är helt perfekt, ett par meter till stranden, nära till butiker, massor av restauranger i gång avstånd, och bra avstånd till busshålssplatser. Köket var välutrustat, vi saknade inget under våran vistelse. Rummen var stora, sängarna bekväma. Rent och fräscht när vi kom. Ett stort plus var att det fanns strabdstolar, parasol och strandleksaker att låna! Skulle vi återvända till Las Palmas skulle jag utan tvekan välja boende igen!

Apartamento muy completo, céntrico, bonito y limpio. Las camas muy cómodas, en la cocina mucho menaje (horno, lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora, tapers para la comida, etc.) Tienen tablas d paddel, body board, sombrillas, sillas d playa, etc. para tu uso.

It is a really unique place and has a lot of small details. The kitchen is really big and has everything you need for cooking at home. There's a dishwasher as well. The apartment has a tv in each room although we were able to watch netflix just in the living room. Two bathrooms. You can see the ocean from the small balcony.
