Recently renovated, it is a duplex flat that has ample space and exquisite decoration. The best qualities have been used to make this accommodation a perfect place for your holidays. Morea Suites is one of the favourite resorts of VillaGranCanaria's clients.
This holiday accommodation is distributed on two floors, on the top floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, bathroom ensuite with shower and access to a terrace with sea views, another with two single beds and also a private terrace with views of the beach, the third bedroom with a bunk bed and access to a rear terrace. There is also another bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave and other utensils to ensure a quiet and comfortable stay. There is also a bathroom with shower, a living room with Smart Tv and access to Netflix, free wifi internet connection and a semi-covered terrace with an outdoor dining area.
Morea Suites 5 is part of an excellent duplex complex that enjoys an unbeatable location in Puerto Rico, just a few metres from the marina, making it the perfect area to discover the charms of the place.
At the top of the complex there is also a large solarium to enjoy the warm sunshine and good temperatures of the southwest coast of Gran Canaria.
Countless restaurants, supermarkets, shops in the area, and just a few minutes drive from the popular resorts of Maspalomas, Meloneras, Mogan, etc.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
- Guests must pay a deposit of 450 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.

Wonderful stay! This place was amazing! It was clean, tidy, and conveniently close to the ocean. We loved having a private terrace for sunbathing and relaxation. The town itself was delightful, with great restaurants to explore. A big thanks to Carlo's staff - they were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Einmalige Lage!!! Komplett neu renoviert mit guter und hochwertiger Ausstattung. Das etwas größere Appartment Nummer 5 ist den Mehrpreis wert, da doppelte Fensterfront und zusätzliche Liegen auf privater Terrasse. Unser Lieblingsort war aber das "Solarium" als gemeinschaftliche Sonnenterrasse auf dem Dach mit Kunstrasen und toller Aussicht und zwei Außenduschen.

Just the best place to stay in Gran Canaria! We travelled around and saw a lot of the island but we could not find a better apartment than this one. The apartment is in front of the Puerto Rico beach. Our kids loved it, which is pretty like a very large swimming pool. The apartment is well equipped, the furniture pretty and new, the beds comfortable... all around perfect. We loved it very much and will sure come back.
