Apartment Nautilus 8D in Las Canteras

Todo muy bien , el equipo de Villas Gran Canaria fue muy efectivo, agradable, profesional

Het appartement was heel mooi ingericht, licht, ruim terras. Heel netjes en alle voorzieningen die men kan wensen.
2 comfortabele éénpersoonsbedden.
Van de drukte beneden hadden wij geen last en ook de geur van de vele omliggende restaurants, waarover we in sommige commentaren lazen, heeft ons helemaal niet gestoord.
Jammer genoeg hadden we de hele week slecht weer maar daar heeft uiteraard niemand controle over. Slecht weer in Las Palmas kan men altijd verwachten.
De aankomst verliep perfect. We hadden onze aankomsttijd doorgeven toen we onderweg waren van de luchthaven naar Las Palmas. Er werd onmiddellijk gereageerd, en bij aankomst stond een vriendelijke jongeman ons op te wachten.
We hadden (behalve het weer) een uitstekend verblijf in dit appartement. We voelden ons er snel thuis. Dank!

Top locatie, mooi uitzicht en middag en avondzon op het ruime balkon. Heerlijk. Wel af en toe etensluchten. Maar ja, je zit rechtstreeks aan de boulevard met alle restaurants binnen handbereik. Onder het appartement het goedkoopste terras van de boulevard (binnen bestellen) en om de hoek een ijszaak waar je ook pizza kan halen.

A great flat in a superb location with a wonderful view from the extremely good-sized roof terrace.

Fantastic place and location, check in was very easy and everything explained to us. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed.
I would highly recommend this place.

Lovely penthouse apartment 8th floor so beautiful panoramic views of Las Palmas, sea and beach. prime front line position. All of the apartment very nice and comfortable can't fault it. The very big terrace was wonderful with sunloungers, large table and chairs and two electric awnings. Supermarkets 5min walk. The walk along the very long promenade lined one side with the beach other side restaurants and shops was very nice.

Modern apartment with incredible views, an awesome terrace, and a very central location - everything is at your fingertips and I would definitely come back again. Thank you Carlos and team!

Super location, can catch the bus right outside. Dine, beach, swim and explore the city right outside your door. Beautiful patio to watch the sunset and relax. Thank you!

👎 Tv skulle vara takhängd

Die FW liegt direkt am Strand von Las Canteras und hat unsere persönlichen Vorstellungen sogar noch übertroffen. Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich die riesige Terrasse, gelegen im 8. Stock des Hauses.(Penthaus)
Perfekte Kommunikation mit der Agentur (Carlos), sehr zu empfehlen.

A lovely stay in a lovely apartment. we particularly enjoyed the size of the balcony and the beautiful view.

L'appartement a une terrasse absolument époustouflante.
Un vrai bonheur de prendre les petits-déjeuners et le diner en contemplant la mer.
De la chambre, si vous laissez la fenêtre ouverte, vous pouvez vous endormir au bruit des vagues!
Le seul tout petit inconvénient est les odeurs de cuisine qui remontent parfois des restaurants d'en bas.
Par contre, l'appartement étant au 8ème et dernier étage, il est extrêmement paisible et silencieux.
Nous reviendrons de manière certaine

It's s probably the best spot one can find in Las Palmas. Right at the Las Canteras beach, beautiful seaview and since it's top floor the apartment is quiet enough. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen offers everything for preparing even more complex meals including a dish washer. Internet is fast and having a washing machine allows to travel with just reduced luggage. There are enough towels including those for the beach. A really good super market is around the corner is almost always open. The mercado del Porto is a nice spot for an evening drink and some tapas. Free parking you can find in the upper area of Calle de Faro (white marks are for residentials only, blue marks is for charge and yellow for short time parking only). We really fell in love for Las Palmas and will come back. Hopefully again to Carlos.

The view and the terrace are amazing!

The house is very well located and the view to Las Canteras beach is amazing. There are many restaurants around, as well as, supermarkets and local grocery shops. The house is as it looks in the pictures, except for the bed, which consists of 2 single beds, which are a bit uncomfortable (especially for a couple) and which did not meet the expectations of the rental price. The house did not have some of the basic things like shower and handwash gel and not enough toilet paper for 1 week accommodation. We had a problem with the water from the shower, and when contacting the agency they were fast to respond and very helpful. All in all, it was a good place to stay.

Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach und verfügt leider über keine Klimaanlage. Es ist deshalb oft sehr warm in der Wohnung.
Wir haben sehr oft den schönen Balkon benutzt. Eine Markise ist vorhanden.

We absolutely loved the location, you can hardly find better in Las Canteras/Las Palmas if you want to enjoy amazing view, beach and all the great restaurants around. The apartment is well equipped and the huge terrace is just perfect for resting and dinning. Thank you!

Although the apartment is rather basic, the terrace and the view are fantastic. The place does not have an A/C or a fan, which may be an issue during hotter days and nights. Lastly, if you’re a sensitive sleeper, I recommend taking a pair of earplugs in case your neighbors decide to do some repairs.

Wunderschönes Apartment in Las Palmas mit riesiger Terrasse und atemberaubendem Blick über die Bucht. Hier stimmt wirklich alles für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt: langer Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants, tolle Markthalle, Bushaltestelle ... alles quasi vor der Haustür und trotzdem ruhig. Prima Ausstattung und netter Empfang - ich komme bestimmt wieder. Muchas gracias!

This place is fantastic - the view and the balcony(BIG) is just amazing. The living room and bedroom has views out to the ocean, and the beach is just outside the apartment. Modern apartment, equipped kitchen, nice beds. This is also in the least windy area of Las Canteras, which makes sunbathing and swimming really good! If this is available next time we are around, I will definitely come back.
