A refundable damage deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages. This amount is fully refundable after departure, subject to a damage inspection.

l'appartement est vraiment joli. la décoration sobre mais sympa. la piscine est chouette également. l'accessibilité sur le paso est vraiment agréable. le gîte est bien équipé. le quartier est un petit peu bruyant à cause de la route passante juste derrière les chambres, malgré la limitation de vitesse à 30 km heure. il convient de prévoir des boules quiès pour les personnes sensibles. sinon, la vue est superbe et l'endroit est très bien.

👍 The location was perfect, quiet but easy to get to all facilities ie bars, cafe's etc.
👎 The company have charged us for a breakage that we did not cause. We are 76-year-old pensioners who do not drink or smoke, yet somehow we have broken a glass bedside table! They had no one available when we checked out, and everything was perfect. We even took the rubbish out. Be careful- take photos,

👎 viel zu klein und absolut in die Jahre gekommen - die Betten sind nur was für junge Leute - die Atmosphäre im appartment ist eher eng und bedrückend - im Prinzip wie auf den Fotos - aber gefühlt vor Ort dann nochmal krasser

The main feature of Arpones 1 is no doubt the location. Despite being in the buzzing and tourist dense Playa del Inglés, it’s actually surprisingly calm and serene. Across the communal gardens is the walkway and the sea, with an incredible view from the private terrace. We found it a perfect size for two people, although 4 would have been possible. Everything was very clean, and communication with the host was efficient. We would be delighted to return.
