The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy. For a booking of 1 to 8 guests, a minimum of 4 bedrooms will be available. If you would like to access the 5th bedroom with a lower occupancy, you must book for the capacity of 9-10 guests.

Services included in Villa Armonia Oasis Deluxe
The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- We provide bedding and towels to be changed for reservations of 8 nights or more, which will be delivered to your villa without the need to request them.
- Additionally, there will be daily cleaning from Monday to Friday in the morning. This is mandatory and cannot be skipped or canceled.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 2000€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late check in available and on request entails the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - 30€
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - 50€
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - 80€

Good villa, I recommend if you are 6 or less people and have a CAR !
There are a few disadvantages that you need to know -
1. the villa has four bedrooms, not six as in the photos.
2. the villa is located inside a golf course, there is no access to the sea. you need to walk 50 minutes to the sea
3. 12 people won't fit in 4 bedrooms!
4. one master bedroom with a separate bathroom and three guest bedrooms without baths, two guest bedrooms are very small, comfortable for one person, one guest bedroom is comfortable for two people.
5. for three guest bedrooms there is one bathroom with a toilet. other private rooms are located far outside, next to the pool.
6. problem with the cleaning lady - three out of four bedrooms were not ready for our arrival, there was no clean linen
