- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe vom Meer und auch zum Einkaufen ideal. Es hat gratis Parkplätze vor Ort. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier. Sie haben etwas aufgerüstet, neu kann man jetzt auch Satelliten TV empfangen, beim letzten Mal gab es nur spanische Sender. Die graue Wand im Schlafzimmer wurde auch geflickt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, genügend Geschirr, Gläser Küchentools... Es ist sehr sauber und nach 3-4 Tagen gibt es frische Badetücher und Bettwäsche.

Tolle Lage! Die Wohnung ist im Resort von Nueva Suecia. Wir konnten jeweils problemlos innerhalb des Resorts parkieren. Von der Terrasse der Wohnung hat man Meersicht, zum Strand hinunter sind es zu Fuss nur ca. 3 min. Die Wohnung ist klein aber sehr hell, sonnig, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Es hat alles was man braucht! Die Küche ist prima eingerichtet und es hat alle Tools, die man braucht. Auch das Bad mit Dusche und WC ist modern.

Lugnt och trevligt område med vacker utsikt. Nära till strand, restauranger och matbutik. Otroligt väl utrustat boende. Fantastisk fin lägenhet.
