- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- No pets allowed
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 200 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Vi var veldig fornøyde med oppholdet! Leiligheten ligger i et rolig og flott område med gåavstand til alt, i tillegg til nydelig utsikt og et deilig og rolig bassengområde! Leiligheten var moderne og fin, og det var rent. Det var deilig at den ble vasket og at håndklær ble byttet midt i oppholdet. Det eneste problemet vi støtte på var at ingen taxisjåfører klarte å finne frem til Avenida los Guaires 630 (som er den riktige adressen). De fant frem ved å bruke denne adressen: Avenida los Guaires 46-48. Et lite tips til de som skal finne frem. Perfekt leilighet for et par!

Unforgettable Stay with Stunning Views Our stay at these apartments was truly exceptional. The view from the window was absolutely stunning — it’s hard to imagine a more beautiful sight to wake up to. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The bed was cozy, the bathroom spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and feel at home. One of the highlights was the lovely little balcony — having breakfast there or enjoying a quiet sunset was simply perfect. The shared pool on the property was also a great way to relax and cool off. Staying here made our vacation even more special.

Flott leilighet for 2 stk. Hadde leiligheten alt vi trengt. alt var nytt og fint, og det var rent da vi kom dit. Fantastisk utsikt, med kveldssol. Hadde sol på framsiden på morgenen, og på balkongen på ettermiddage leiligheten ligger i et rolig boligstrøk, noe som var perfekt for oss. Anbefaler denne leiligheten på det sterkest. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hi.

L’appartement est très bien équipé, propre, il est facile de de se garer à proximité et il a été rénové avec goût et des matériaux de belle qualité. L’emplacement permet de visiter l’île facilement et est à l’écart des zones trop touristiques. Mais le point fort est la vue sur l’océan depuis le balcon avec le coucher de soleil tous les soirs ! L’équipe de Carlos communique très bien et avec réactivité, et malgré le retard de notre avion et notre arrivée tardive tout s’est très bien passé. Nous conseillons fortement cet appartement si vous souhaitez découvrir Gran Canaria !

Fantastic stay! The apartment comes with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We absolutely loved the balcony and the great view , perfect for watching the sunset! Location is also good. Just a short walk from nearby beaches, shops and restaurants/bars. We had a hire car as well to go to other local towns.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is well-equipped, with plenty of space in the wardrobes. It's located about a 20-minute walk from Anfidelmar beach. Considering the hilly terrain, having a car is advisable, yet the breathtaking sunsets compensate for any inconvenience. The area is quiet and pleasant.

Apartament świetnie wyposażony, piękne widoki, bardzo czysto. Kiedyś tu wrócimy. Fantastyczny widok na ocean i góry. Spektakularne zachody słońca w których widać było Tenerife.
