This is a basic yet cozy and well-equipped apartment that has been tastefully refurbished in 2023 and features everything needed to feel comfortable in this privileged location. It counts on one full bathroom with shower and one open bedroom with two single beds and seating area with a smartTv and direct access to its wonderful terrace and seaviews.

It is situated in a very quiet and very well maintained complex; parking is very easy in the surroundings of your apartment, then within the compound, one set of stairs will lead you to its nice community pool and another set of stairs leads directly to Patalavaca beach (8 minutes down).

- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.

A deposit of 200 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. What a great holiday we had in this fantastic apartment with magnificent views! The beautifully designed interior house is very comfortable and has everything you need for a holiday. What’s also nice is the small terrace before you enter the house, ideal for breakfast in the sun. Also handy is the location of the apartment in a street with sufficient space to park your car. We can recommend this house to everyone who considers to stay in Arguineguín or Patalavaca.

L’excellence ! Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre, confortable et décoré avec goût. Tout était pensé pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous, avec de petites attentions très appréciées. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter pleinement de la région. Mais le vrai plus, c’est l’hôte : très disponible, réactif et toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils pour découvrir les alentours. On sent qu’il met tout son cœur pour offrir la meilleure expérience possible. Je recommande vivement ce logement à toute personne qui souhaite passer un séjour agréable et sans souci. I loved the location with the view of the ocean and the closeness to the beach. The neighbourhood is very calm. The apartment is very modern and has the amenities that you need for a week vacation. I had an amazing vacation where I enjoyed the ocean view! I sat, almost transfixed, every single night on the balcony.

l'appartamento è comodissimo e completo di tutto. la vista è mozzafiato sul golfo: splendidi colori a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte. la cucina è piccola ma dotata di tutto ciò che serve per preparare qualsiasi pasto, io ci ho fatto la cena di Natale ..! bagno moderno, funzionale e - udite udite - dotato di bidet a doccetta! nel complesso l'appartamento è pulito e facile da mantenere tale. il check-in è stato molto facile e veloce, all'arrivo ci è anche stato dato un foglio di istruzioni con tutte le risposte alle possibili domande sull'alloggio o l'appartamento. inoltre, ci è stato dato il link ad una mini-guida dell'isola. all'orario pattuito per il check-out è arrivata la domestica, il che ha facilitato il nostro controllo finale per verificare di non aver dimenticato nulla. ottima esperienza su tutti i fronti!

Super séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Communication très simple. Logement très agréable autant par son calme que par sa vue. Coucher de soleil garanti chaque soir ! Wir bedanken uns für so eine tolle Unterkunft. Aufgrund von Startproblemen mit dem Mietwagen konnten wir erst mach 20 Uhr einchecken. Das war ohne Probleme möglich. Das Appartement war wunderschön. sauber, modern, toll ausgestattet und eine wahnsinns Aussicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei. Wir durften am Abreisetag sogar später auschecken, da unser Flug erst spät am Abend ging. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub und kommen aufjedenfall wieder.

We had a fantastic stay here in Patalavaca. We were greeted by Luciano who was so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was wonderful and very clean and had great facilities. We visited in June and it was a quiet town but I believe it gets busier in autumn and winter months. The bus service is fantastic and between €1.40 and €2.20 one way. The closest shop Spar is about a 10 minute walk down hill and has a great variety of products. We had a wonderful stay here and I would definitely recommend for a couple stay.

Le logement est incroyable ! Il est encore mieux en vrai qu’en photo. La vue est incroyable, visible des l’entrée. Le mobilier est récent et moderne, le lit très confortable, la salle de bain très propre et fonctionnelle. La tv pivote du salon à la chambre ce qui est très pratique ! Tout était très propre. Le quartier est très calme. Je recommande fortement si vous cherchez un endroit calme et une sublime vue dans un appartement très propre et bien équipé. Petit bémol: un aspirateur serait une bonne idée. Merci !
