- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- One dog is allowed paying a fee of 100€.
- A deposit of 200 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late check-in carries the following charges, to be paid in cash upon arrival:
-Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
-Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
-Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

Wir hatten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit dort. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer war gemütlich. Alles sehr sauber! Über einige Treppen ist man in ca. 10 min am Strand. Ein Pluspunkt für uns war der gepflegte Poolbereich um die Ecke.

We had a great stay with Carlos. The apartment was super clean and with an amazing sunset view and a private feeling. Carlos was a great host and check-in was both flexible and easy even though we arrived late evening.
