Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 200€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- Late check in available and on request carries the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - 30€
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - 50€

We spent a month in the Carlos's place and were very happy with the apartment itself and its amenities. The location is great - a few meters from the beach and close to multiple restaurants and cafes. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, including beach towels, umbrellas, etc., with a comfortable bed, an en-suit bathroom and an additional toilet. Fast internet makes the place suitable for a remote work. We had a very warm welcome, Pepe told us (in a fluent English) about many interesting things to do and places to visit. Also, later communication was quick and effective, e.g. when we complained the kettle is down, we've got a new one the same day. I'd happily recommend the place for a longer or shorter stay.
