The ocean view from the apartment is absolutely outstanding! The location is also perfect - while it is in a quiet corner, it is only a few minutes walk from Las Canteras (a big, sandy urban beach with bars and hotels) and Playa del Confital (a rocky, isolated beach, perfect for snorkeling). You can also have a hike around La Isleta and climb a nearby hill. The apartment is of a high standard, has 2 bedrooms (one of them has twin beds), 2 bathrooms with 2 showers, 2 TVs, a rooftop area, a small balcony and even an underground parking place included in the price. There is no central air conditioning, but it wasn't really needed, and each bedroom has a tower aircooler anyway. The manager(s) were very responsive, spoke English well, came sharp on time to hand over the keys, and also helped us arrange taxi back to the airport. Pièce de vie spacieuse et confortable , bien équipée et bien décorée. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Situation: En surplomb de la promenade piétonnière côtière menant à la plage et à la ville. A l'écart tout au nord de la ville, au calme mais proche d'un quartier animé de nombreux restaurants et commerces. Équipement de la cuisine très complet. La parking très accessible sous l'immeuble. Vue panoramique depuis la vaste et superbe terrasse située sur le toit au dessus de l'appartement mais un peu trop de vent pour en profiter pleinement

Fantastic! Fantastic staff, all really helpful and friendly. A fantastic apartment, in a great location. We hope to be back soon! Nothing bad really! Had an issue with a leaking roof but was handled very well and quickly and we were impressed they managed to get a plumber over the weekend.

Excelente apartamento con completas vistas al mar tanto desde los ventanales de la zona del salón y habitaciones, como desde la gran terraza del piso de arriba. Como no aparecían referencias en Booking teníamos cierta reticencia, pero menos mal que finalmente nos decidimos a alquilarlo. Qué gran acierto! Las fotografías de muestra no mienten. Muy buena situación, a 5 minutos de la playa de las Canteras y la zona de restaurantes por un bonito paseo marítimo en una dirección y en otra dirección hacia la playa del Confital y más allá costeando por la Isleta. El apartamento consta de todo lo necesario para vivir en él directamente, sin olvidar la plaza de garaje que le corresponde. Realmente teníamos la sensación de estar en casa. Muy buena la predisposición a ayudar por parte de los encargados del alquiler, aunque en nuestro caso no tuvimos ningún problema. Lo peor: en un sitio así las vacaciones se hacen cortísimas. Si es posible, sin duda volveremos al mismo apartamento en siguientes viajes a Gran Canaria.
