The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00 hours.
- 1 cot and 1 high chair (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 200€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Die Unterkunft Aquarius hat mir ganz gut gefallen. Sie liegt direkt am Strand und hat ein schönes Schwimmbad, das jeder, der vorbeiläuft, mit großer Begeisterung beobachtet. Auf dem Balkon kann man essen und die wunderschöne Aussicht genießen. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut, die Küche reichlich ausgestattet, das Einkaufszentrum gleich in der Nähe. Ich würde die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Tout correspondait parfaitement aux photos. Un bon accueil, un bon suivi de nos demandes du bureau du service clientèle. Les collaborateurs de nettoyage sont très efficaces et sympathiques. Le technicien qui est intervenu pour notre problème de clés à était très rapide et efficace. C'est un très bel appartement. La salle de bains et la chambre à coucher sont spacieuse. Le dressing est très bien, la cuisine et salon sont très bien aménagés. Piscine eau de mer chauffée par le soleil.
